THE STORY

I started dearly dumas as a platform to express my creativity and love of designing cards for friends and family. My inspiration for most cards comes from my late pet hedgehog, Quinton.

As I began to become more interested in fashion, I found this to be another medium to express my creativity. Both dearly dumas characters, the Hedgehogs and Stripy Pants Gal reflect a unique part of me as a designer but together create a brand that celebrates happiness and confidence.

 As a mindful creator, I'm very intentional about where I source products as I believe in fair labour and the quality of Canadian-made products. All totes and pouches are manufactured in Kelowna, BC and hand-printed in Ontario. 

All greeting cards are designed and printed in Kingston, ON. Apparel is sourced from Toronto, ON. Each apparel drop is short and sweet. I support a slow fashion movement and value a quality over quantity approach.
